Thomas Edison National Historical Park
Thomas Edison National Historical Park is a protected national historical
landmark dedicated to preserving the life, times and works of one of
America’s most prolific inventors and discoverers - Thomas Edison. It was

from the heart of downtown Newark, the great man first tested audio
recording and all-new models of phonographs, batteries and even film
cameras during the last decades of the 19th century. Today, the site offers
