Online and Mobile Check-In China Airlines offers Online Check-in for all its passengers with confirmed bookings. You can check-in anytime between 24 hours up to 3 hours from your flights scheduled departure time.

Airport Kiosks Customers traveling with China Airlines should ensure that they complete their Check-in 2 hours before the scheduled departure of their flight. Failing to check-in on time may lead to denial of boarding. While checking in remember to carry with you your Flight Ticket, Travel Documents and Visa. Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations

China Airlines offers a free cancellation policy on all tickets purchased via its official website, ticket counter, or Customer Service Call Center. However, the cancellation should be done one week or more prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. The amount will be refunded within 24 hours of the placed request.

Special Circumstances

The airline accepts healthy expectant mothers who are over three weeks pregnant while does not accept those who will deliver within 4 weeks.

China Airlines has a different policy for unaccompanied minors, service charges vary from age to age. The service is offered to passengers aged between 3 months and 12 years of age.

The airline offers wheelchair assistance to passengers with special needs and reduced mobility.The airline allows pets, you can carry pets including dogs, cats, birds, domestic cats and guide dogs.
