Denver is the capital, and the most populous municipality of the U.S state
of Colorado. It is nicknamed Mile High City since it is exactly one mile

Denver Botanic Gardens

Denver Zoo was set up in late 1800s. Spread on around 75 acres of area, the
zoo houses over 4,000 wild life species and animals. Some of the animals
here include hyenas, lions, Panamanian golden frogs, green tree pythons,
red kangaroo, African penguin, African wild dog, and more.
Washington Park, near central Denver, is spread on nearly 165 acres. It is
famous weekend hangout area. The park features jogging paths, gardens,
tennis courts, lakes, rental boats, recreation center, and more. The 2
prominent lakes here are Smith Lake in its north and Grasmere Lake in the
southern area of the park. The recreation center here has a pool and offers
