Located about 60 miles away from Hue, the historic city of Hoi An is an excellent daytrip destination. The old town of Hoi An is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can see Japanese Covered Bridge, Quan Cong Temple, Museum of Folk Culture, Museum of Trade Ceramics and a lot more in Old Town. Apart from historical monuments and exhibits, the city also features many excellent diving spots in Cham Island.
Moving about 13 kilometers from Hue city center, you will reach Thanh Tan Hot Springs. It is bordered by woods all around that make it pleasant to explore. The falls have three sections in which warmth of water varies. You can choose any one of three sections.
Bach Ma National Park is located in proximity to Hue. Set on the foothills of the Annamite Mountains, the park is dotted with evergreen forest and montane forest. While roaming in the park you will explore several animals like Asian Elephant, White-mouthed Gibbons and birds like Crested Argus, the Annam Partridge.
