These estates are flanked by Edison Botanical Research Laboratory, Edison’s Botanical Garden, and the Edison Ford Museum. Of special note here are 400-feet tall, nearly 100 years old banyan tree, and a rubber plant that was devised by Edison to counter the shortage of rubber in the First World War.
