Shoal Bay East
Out of more than 30 beaches that Anguilla has, Shoal Bay East is a chartbuster for its immaculate beauty and water sports. This beach is a beautiful arc of powdery white sand and aquamarine waters. It is one of the best beaches in the Caribbean for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, parasailing and scuba diving. Meads Bay Beach
Meads Bay Beach is a mile-long stretch of shiny white sand beach running into crystal-clear waters along Anguilla’s coast. The white sand beach here is Anguilla's main port of entry for yachts and it also hosts the three-day Anguilla Regatta festival every year in May. Those wishing to further a Caribbean experience with a dash of history can visit the Old Salt Factory and Pumphouse here that reek of the old colonial era. Sandy Ground Village is also a hotspot for birdwatchers and one can find here stilts, herons, egrets, and several other wading birds here every evening.
Rendezvous Bay
Rendezvous Bay is a nearly 2.5 miles long arc of white powdery sand and aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea. The water here are usually calm and shallow, and this makes it a very good option for families and novice swimmers. Rendezvous Bay is also the go to place for those wishing to simply bask in the sun on a typical Caribbean beach away from the noise of the city’s traffic.
