The sister airline of Emirates, flydubai is a government-owned, low-cost Arabian airline based in Dubai, UAE. It was founded in March 2008 and commenced operations in June 2009. The airline has a fleet of 61 Boeing 737-800 AND Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft to serve a total of 104 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe from its hub- Dubai International Airport.

- The airline offers 3 types of fares - Free to Change, Pay to Change and Special offer. These 3 classes each have different features and add-on fares. However, they all feature a hand-baggage allowance of 7 kg per passenger.
- Free to change comes with a checked baggage allowance of 20 kg. It also provides a fee of AED 365 per passenger in case he has missed his flight.
- Pay to change does not offer any checked-in baggage allowance. It will allow you a refund of applicable taxes if you missed your flight.
