Classes of Service
Asiana Airlines offer five classes of service: First Suite Class, First Class, Business Smartium Class, Business Class and Economy Class.
First Suite Class: – Customers traveling with this class enjoy individual minibars, 210cm long full flat bed, two door seats with exclusive space, an optimal lighting system for determining the best mood. Power plugs are also provided to simplify the usage of electronic devices.

Asiana Airlines offers two modes of fast and easy check-in: Online and at the airport. Remember to keep extra time in hand to pass the gate on time for boarding, make sure you arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance of your scheduled departure.
Online and Mobile Check-In: With the Online Check-in facility offered by Asiana Airlines, you don’t have stand in long queues at the airport to Check-in. Passengers can check in online from 48 hours up to an hour before the flight's scheduled departure time.
Airport Kiosks: If Checking-In through the airport, it’s highly recommended to arrive at the airport hours in advance, as you don’t you how much of a long line is waiting for you. Be sure to complete your process 20 minutes before the departure time of a domestic flight and 70 before for International departures.

Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Clients who have booked with Asiana Airlines can cancel or modify their reservation without penalty for at least 24 hours after you have made your reservation.
Children under five cannot travel alone, a guardian should always accompany them.
Passengers traveling with special needs like a pregnant woman, newborn babies, disabled and elderly customers need to seek a prior approval from the airline.
The airline only allows domestic birds, cats and dogs.
Passengers with specific allergy should inform the airline in advance and should submit their doctor’s prescription for air travel.
