Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
If for any reason you are not able to travel on the scheduled date, then it's advisable to contact the Caribbean Airline's travel desk or your agent to cancel your existing booking and look for some other date. The sooner you cancel, the lesser the penalty is. If you don't cancel your reservation before your flight's scheduled departure time, then your ticket would carry no value and you can't rebook as well. If you are applying for a refund, then please remember that the procedure takes about 15-30 days and the amount is reimbursed in the same form the purchase was made. For example, if you paid for your ticket by a cheque, you'll receive the refund amount in the form of a cheque only.
