Classes of Service
Emirates Airline offers three classes of service: First Class, Business Class and Economy Class.

Economy Class: The Economy Class has a 32 inch seat pitch, the seats come with adjustable headrests, in-seat laptop power outlets and laptop recharging facilities. The airline offers an in-flight entertainment system called ICE offering over 1,500 channels of music, movies, TV shows and games. Customers traveling with Economy Class have easy access to the Marhaba Lounge at Dubai International Airport for a nominal fee.

Online and Mobile Check-In Beat the long queues at the airport by using the Online Check-in facility offered by Emirates Airline. You can check-in online anytime between 24 hours to 90 minutes before your flights scheduled departure.
Airport Kiosks Emirates Airline offers self check-in kiosks at three locations in Dubai. Passengers can select their seats, print their boarding pass and head straight to the security check at the airport. The self check-in kiosks can be found at Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Financial Centre metro stations on the Red line.
Customer Rewards Programs and Perks
The Frequent Flyer Program offered by Emirates is called Skywards. Earning miles is simple, easy and fast. The more miles you earn the more benefits and rewards you enjoy, you can spend your accumulated miles anywhere in the Emirates network. Passengers can redeem these miles to get access to special rewards including car hire, retail, spa treatments and access to a luxury hotel suite.
Carry On: The airline has a set rule for the amount of baggage allowed per passenger on-board. The allowances may vary from route to route and the Skywards Member Tier. First Class and Business Class passengers can carry two pieces of Carry On baggage with weight no more than 12 kg and dimensions not more than 18 x 14 x 8 inches. Economy Class passengers are permitted to carry one piece of baggage not weighing more than 7 kg and dimensions not exceeding 22 x 15 x 8 inches. Passengers traveling with infants can carry one extra piece of baggage or a carrycot/stroller.
Checked: Passengers traveling in the Business of the First Class cabins are allowed to carry two bags weighing up to 30 kg each. This rule applies for flights going to or coming from the U.S. However, for flights originating from non-U.S. destinations passengers can check in up to 50 kg in First Class, 40 kg in Business Class and 30 kg in Economy Class.
Excess: Baggage allowances vary heavily depending on the class you choose to travel and your itinerary. If in case your luggage exceeds the tolerance limit, additional baggage allowance can be purchased online using your credit card. Sports equipments including Bicycles, Scuba equipment, Ski equipments and others have specific tolerances and regulations.
Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Emirates Airline offers its clients a flexibility to change some travel details even after you have completed your reservation process. If you have booked through a travel agent, booking can only be cancelled through them, while if you are seeking for a refund on an unused ticket, an online refund request form is available for an easy repayment process.
The airline offers special services to unaccompanied minors, so that your child can enjoy a smooth and stress free journey. Children under five are not accepted as unaccompanied minors, separate check-in facilities are offered to children’s traveling alone.
Emirates Airline offers a safe and comfortable journey to passengers with disabilities, inform about the same 48 prior to your flights departure time.
For passengers traveling with infants, the airline offers changing tables in the toilet, pillows and blankets and large overhead storage lockers.
