Grand Canyon Vacation Packages & Travel Deals

A steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado in the US state of Arizona, Grand Canyon is managed by Grand Canyon National Park. Measuring about 277 miles in length and around 18 miles in width and a mile in depth, this immense chasm in northern Arizona is certainly a natural wonder. Officially designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, this canyon leaves its millions of visitors on Grand Canyon vacation awestruck every year. March, April and May are some of the best times to visit Grand Canyon. Generally, temperatures are mild and precipitation is light at this site. Early spring is also an excellent time to hike the South Rim's Inner Canyon trails, which become hot and uncomfortable during summer. Book Grand Canyon travel package in advance and avail best prices on hotel tickets and airfares.

The almost paved walking path following the rim of the Grand Canyon for somewhat 13 miles, Rim Trail boasts an amalgamation of sun and shade from scattered trees. This trail is one of the most scenic walks in North America and offers stunning vistas. It is accessible from the front of the visitor center at Mather Point in the Grand Canyon Village.

    Hermit Road

    Bright Angel Hike

The most famous hike in the Grand Canyon National Park, Bright Angel Hike is a long hike including a round-trip to Bright Angel Campground and taking two days for completion. Most of the visitors only cover a small portion of the hike in order to get the feel of hiking. This exciting hike includes canyon walls with sharp drops and steep cliffs, with some segments being ice-laden even when conditions at the top are dry.
