Milwaukee Reviews

Trip was good. We did sit on tarmac for three hours!1

The flight out was uneventful until we arrived at Mil. Then we sat on the tarmac for three hours while the airline blamed the airport for the gate not being ready. We contacted the airport and they explained that the pilot had never asked to go to another gate so we could get off. Our family was waiting for three extra hours. Needless to say we are still not happy. The crew on the trip out were not pleasant at all. The trip home was uneventful. We did have to wait an hour to be de-iced. That crew were very professional and enjoyable.
