Repulse Bay, also known as Nuujaat, is the topmost region of the Arctic Circle in the central Nunavut. It is also the only North American community in the Arctic Circle. The park also serves as a habitat for variety of animals and birds species like polar bear, fox, wolf, harp seals, snowy owls, ravens, snow geese, and rough-legged hawk. It is also advised to hire an expert local guide from Repulse Bay for visiting the national park.
