    Willingdon Beach Trail
    One of the most popular tourist attractions in Powell River, Willingdon Beach Trail starts in Willingdon Beach Park, which is the flagship park for the city. It is a huge park located right on the beach and boasts two playgrounds, an amphitheater, an area to play, a huge sandy beach, and a water park. The trail can be accessed in the northwestern corner of Willingdon Beach Park. It is a 1.2 kilometers long trail running parallel to the beach.
    Saltery Bay Provincial Park
    Located southeast of Powell River, Saltery Bay Provincial Park was established in 1962. The park features a campground and a day-use area. The campground at Mermaid Cove has lush forests with large trees creating a serene landscape. The day-use area with its rocky beaches is great for picnicking and swimming.
    Mowat Bay Park
    An excellent spot to enjoy natural beauty and adventure, Mowat Bay Park offer tourists opportunities for hiking, boating, and canoeing. The park also features a sandy beach, cement amphitheater benches, a boat launch, and a children's playground.
