Flint Institute of Arts
Flint Institute of Arts is one of the largest museums in the state of Michigan. From last more than 85 years, the museum is known for preserving and exhibiting a vast collection of artifacts. Amongst its huge collection includes several paintings and sculptures which are thought to be quite important in depicting European and American culture. Apart from this the art museum is also known for organizing various educational events and programs for the youth and school children.
Longway Planetarium
The construction of the Longway Planetarium began in April 1957 and was opened for the public in June 1958. The Longway Planetarium is one of the largest planetariums in the country. The dome of the planetarium is around 60 feet in diameter. The inner parts of the dome serve as the screen for the projector. The entire structure of the planetarium is constructed in such a manner that it leaves visitors speechless and amazed.

Sloan Museum is best known for some of its important and amazing collection of work related to regional history, historic automobiles, and science. The museum's huge collection of arts and artifacts are best known for depicting the 20th century history of Flint.
