Located in the Chippewa and Eau Claire counties in the west-central part of the US state of Wisconsin, Eau Claire is the ninth largest city in the state. The topography of the city is characterized by the river valleys, with sheer gradients leading from the center of the southern and eastern sections of the city. There are two lakes in Eau Claire, Half Moon Lake and Dells Pond. In terms of climate, months from April to October remain highly soothing and apt. The Sounds Like Summer Concert Series:
A Volume One's Thursday-night gig, Sounds Like Summer Concert Series is held at downtown Wisconsin's Phoenix Park in downtown Eau Claire. The concerts are held in June, July, and August. In this event, local bands play to crowd of more than 1,000 people every Thursday night. The show runs from around 6 PM to 8:30 PM.
