Kodak Fortress Ruins
The ruins of an ancient Polish citadel 'The Kodak Fortress', Kodak Fortress Ruins are located in a scenic place on the high bank of the Dnieper Riverin village of Stari Kodaky near Dnipropetrovsk. The citadel was built on the order of the Polish King Wladislaw IV to control the Zaporizhzhian Cossacks.
Towering above the city center, Trinity Cathedral is the main Orthodox temple in the city. The majestic light building of cathedral crowned with green cupolas is known among the most valuable architectural and historical monuments in Dnipropetrovsk.
The oldest and one of the most beautiful parks in Dnipropetrovsk, Shevchenko Park is recognized as a monument of landscape art.
