Belfast Vacation Packages: Affordable and Exciting Adventures Await!

Just one word – Titanic! Not the movie, but rather the iconic RMS Titanic that met a shattering end a hundred and four years ago. It was built here and you would find the grandness of that iconic ocean liner in almost everything the city does. Welcome to Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. This Irish city is known for its love of arts and Harland and Wolff, the company that built the RMS Titanic.
Places of Interest in Belfast
Titanic Belfast
Though a fictitious love story, the James Cameron’s 1997 blockbuster ‘Titanic’ was a grand tribute to the avant garde homonymous royal ocean liner that kissed the seabed on its maiden voyage. You may find a tinge of the same ecstasy in Titanic Belfast, the place where RMS Titanic was designed and built. A consequent mention would be of a visit to SS Nomadic, a steam liner that was built in 1911 AD and was later restored to look like Titanic inside out. Visitors are also offered guided tours to explore the star-shaped business center nearby that represents the logo of the White Star Line.
Waterfront Hall
Located close to Titanic Quarter is the Waterfront Hall, a fabulous entertainment and conference venue that hosts various musical performances and art exhibitions. The place has a standard consortium of dining facilities and its crowning glory is the Arc Brasserie, which offers a 360-degree view of the river Lagan and the city around it.
Ulster Museum
Ulster Museum is more of a mirror image of all that has been in and around Northern Ireland during the last few centuries and consequently it has a rich collection of art, history and natural sciences to its credit. You’ll get your curiosity answered in the most prolific manner through its Samurai armor, mummies, dinosaurs fossils, snow butterflies, skeleton of dwarf elephant and a lot else. Best of all, entry here is free.
