October is a rainy time of year.
It rained just about every day of my 2 weeks in B.C. but that didn't dampen the beauty. I was on the Sunshine Coast (Roberts Creek) most of the time and enjoyed a day in the forest picking mushrooms, dining out, driving between Sechelt and Gibsons and shopping. Then back on the ferry to Horseshoe Bay and up to Whistler for a weekend of walking paved trails, viewing the lakes and mountains, dining out and enjoying the scenery - including some spectacular fall colours. A few days in West Vancouver included a Roy Orbison Tribute at the Fine Arts Theatre. - DONNA Oct 24, 2016
