Minneapolis Institute of Art
The Minneapolis Institute of Art(MIA) houses over 83,000 works of art over
a period of 5,000 years. The vast collection includes European artworks,
Egyptian artefacts, African and Asian art, among others. Artworks from
Titan, Monet, Vincent Van Gogh are featured at the MIA. There are several
temporary exhibitions from across the globe. The MIA is truly a haven for
art aficionados and visitors of all ages. It is a family friendly museum.
The Guthrie theatre is among the most famous ones in the country and is a
highlight of Minneapolis. The theatre opened its doors in 1963 and is in
downtown. It has 3 individual stages on which a host of avant-garde and

show here, they also run guided tours to catch a glimpse of the iconic
