The zoo’s interiors feature a large aquarium, a reptile house and several birdcages. To top it all, young kids can take a ride in the Safari Masai Mara, a small fun train that runs through the zoo.

Hospicio Cabanas

The Hospicio Cabanas is one of the oldest and largest hospital complexes in the Americas. A classic work of Neoclassical architecture, it was built in early 19th century and features over 20 ornately designed patios. It has served as an orphanage, a workhouse, and a shelter for the feeble and the poor since its construction. Hospicio Cabanas features some classic French and Spanish murals on its insides too.
