For those interested in a sunny beach, Waikiki is a district of the city of Honolulu and home to a beautiful crescent-shaped beach called Waikiki Beach. Waikiki first appeared on the world map as a summer and winter getaway location for the rich and famous of the Hawaiian kingdom in 19 ^th century. Also, of note in or near here are a prehistoric volcanic crater (Diamond Head Crater) and one of the country’s oldest aquariums called the Waikiki Aquarium.

This 50-year-old park is a state-of-the-art tourist attraction that combines a marine mammal park, a bird sanctuary and an aquarium that is located 17 miles away from Honolulu. You should come here to swim with dolphins, feed sea turtles or take a sea safari.
