These windows were made in Germany in 1890 and were installed in phases until 1910.

The festival is celebrated in February or March but the city starts preparing for it in November with a number of ball dances and concludes with masquerading parades in early January. You are recommended to witness how local mystic societies carry out colorful processions throughout downtown. You can even get a gift from the masked members while they are throwing souvenirs at the spectators!
