Monrovia

The capital city of the West African country of Liberia, Monrovia is located on the Atlantic Coast at Cape Mesurado. The city is the cultural, financial, and political hub of the country. The Saint Paul River flows in the north of the city and creates the northern boundary of the Bushroad Island, which can be accessed by crossing the 'New Bridge' from the downtown Monrovia. The town serves as the capital of Grand Cape Mount County and is located about 50 kilometers north of Monrovia.
