A monolithic limestone promontory, the Rock of Gibraltar offers engrossing vistas. This rock is the Crown property of United Kingdom. The upper area of the rock is sheeted by a nature reserve that features approximately 300 Barbary macaques. The natural beauty and wildlife found on the rock act as a magnet for tourists all-round the year. This rock was one of the Pillars of Hercules.
