Vistara offers seamless service in 3 distinct cabin classes - Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class.

Business Class

• Vistara’s Business Class is a haven of calm and luxury with royal purple and calming grey hues. Mood lighting and complementing cabin music further enhances the Business Class travel experience.
• The Business Class seats feature 40” seat pitch and 7” seat recline along with extendable leg rest, footrest and height adjustable headrest with wings. There is also personal storage space for small items.
• Business Class customers enjoy dedicated check-in counters at all airports, priority security screening/boarding, complimentary lounge access at Delhi Terminal 3 and other eligible partner lounges, and check-in baggage allowance of 30kg, 35kg, or 40kg respectively for Value, Standard, and Flexi fares along with 12kg hand baggage allowance.
• Customers are served complimentary selection of delicious food and select beverages including flavourful mocktails and Starbucks. The food is meticulously served with fine linen and bone china tableware.

Premium Economy

Vistara is the only airline in India to offer Premium Economy cabin to its customers.

• Premium Economy features a private cabin towards the front of the aircraft with upscale ambience with more legroom to work and relax. Premium Economy seats feature 33” seat pitch (20% more leg room than regular Economy Class) and 4.5” seat recline. These seats are specially designed with improvised cushion, adjustable winged headrests and personal coat hook.
• Travel on Premium Economy and enjoy dedicated check-in counters at all airports, separate boarding lane and priority baggage handling. Customers can carry two check-in bags of up to 23 kg each.
• Indulge with a specially curated menu featuring delicious dishes and Starbucks coffee

Economy Class

When you travel in Economy Class, your journey through the clouds would be a memorable one. The seats Economy are upholstered in genuine Italian leather and are finely tailored to ensure a comfortable experience.

• The seats in Economy Class feature 30” seat pitch with 18.1” seat width. There is 3.5” seat recline with winged headrests and improved seat bottom cushion for support.
• Economy Class passengers get a check-in baggage allowance of 15kg for Lite and Standard fares and 20 Kg for Flexi fares, with hand baggage allowance of 7kg.
• Complimentary hot meals are served to customers booked on Economy Flexi and Standard fares. Customers booking on Economy Lite fares are served complimentary hot beverage (tea/coffee). Passengers can also enjoy light snacks and select beverages from Buy on Board menu.

Vistara Freedom Fares is unique menu-based pricing model that provides passengers a host of fare options where you choose to pay for only for what you value.

Lite – Vistara has ‘Lite’ fare only in Economy Class. This fare is perfect for customers who are simply looking for cheap fare. Meals are not included in this; however, one can buy light snacks and drinks from the buy-on-board menu, Café Aubergine.

Value - ‘Value’ fares are available in Premium Economy and Business Class which offers the most attractive fares. Customers enjoy complimentary hot meals with the iconic Starbucks coffee. You can also make changes and cancellations at a lower fee.

Standard – This fare strikes the perfect balance between a full-service experience, fare and flexibility.

Flexi –Available in all classes, ‘Flexi’ fare offers zero change and cancellation fee. It also offers other benefits like priority check-in, baggage handling, and boarding. Customers enjoy maximum convenience and flexibility with flexi fare.
