Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines (or GX Airlines) is one of the first airlines based in the Chinese autonomous region Guangxi, located in South Central China near
Vietnam. It is headquartered at Nanning Wuxu International Airport and commenced operations in February 2015. The airline is a joint venture between Tianjin Airlines and the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group. GX Airlines has a fleet of 16 aircraft that fly to 44 destinations in
China.
Amenities - Passengers can avail a free checked-in baggage allowance of 40 kg for first class, 30 kg for business class and 20 kg for economy class.
- The total weight of checked baggage shall not exceed 50 kg per passenger. Shipment of any surplus baggage is subjected to Beibu Gulf Airlines’ prior approval. Also, the size of each checked baggage should not exceed 40 cm× 60 cm× 100 cm.
- Passengers upgrading to a better class enjoy corresponding baggage shipment benefits.
- If two or more passengers, who are traveling to the same destination on the same flight, arrive to check-in their baggage at the same time and same place, their free baggage allowance may be calculated according to the respective fare level.
- The airline serves delicious meals on-board. These meals are chargeable.
- Passengers can change their pre-booked meals menu through call or email before 48 hours prior to scheduled flight departure.
