Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. The airlines operate scheduled passenger, chartered passenger, as well as cargo services in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean region, and to destinations worldwide from its main base at Edmonton International Airport. Flair Airlines operates scheduled passenger service as a low-cost carrier to secondary airports in or near major Canadian cities. Its main bases for these flights are Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport and John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.

- Flair Airlines offer a variety of snacks & beverages on its Sky-High Snacks Menu. All onboard purchases must be made with Visa or MasterCard. Items are based on availability. Some of the snacks and beverages offered onboard include - pringles, sun chips, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, and more.
- The airlines provide special assistance to the passengers having disabilities or a medical condition. The airline provides wheel-chair assistance, and certain medical devices on-board including portable oxygen and CPAP machines.
- Passengers can carry on-board one personal bag for free, which must be stored under the seat in front of them. Items such as ID, travel documents, jewellery, keys, medication and mobile communications devices should be carried in personal bag. All other carryon baggage is charged a fee similar to checked baggage and must be stored in the overhead bins.
- Children below two years of age are infants and may travel as a lap-held infant (a single infant with a customer 18 year of age or older) without requiring a seat to be purchased for them.
