Azerbaijan Airlines Tickets on OneTravel
Azerbaijan Airlines (also known as Az?rbaycan Hava Yollari in Azerbaijani language or AZAL) is the flag carrier and largest airline of Azerbaijan. It is based in Baku and its primary hub is Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The carrier operates to 53 destinations in USA, Europe, Asia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (or the Russian Commonwealth). It has a fleet of 26 aircraft comprising mainly of Airbus A319-100, Airbus A320-200, Airbus A340-500, Boeing 757-200, Boeing 767-300ER, Embraer 190 and Embraer 170. Azerbaijan Airlines’ frequent flyer program is called AZAL Miles.
Classes of ServiceAzerbaijan Airlines follows a four class configuration - Economy Class, Business Class, Comfort club and VIP club. Economy Class
- The newly designed cabins are fitted with ergonomically designed seats, and have adjustable headrests and reclines that offer extra space and greater comfort.
- All seats are fitted with personal in-seat, 10.6-inch touchscreen displays for enjoying movies, audio songs, television programs, games and podcasts.
- Economy Class of selected aircraft also offers overhead video monitors.
- Travelers can carry 1 piece of baggage weighting up to 23 kg and 1 carry-on baggage weighting up to 10 kg. For extra piece of luggage up to 23 kg, a charge of 50 EUR would be levied.
- Travelers are offered delicious meals and complimentary drinks depending on prevailing time and region of the flight. Travelers may also request for special meals depending on dietary or religious considerations through booking in advance at least 20 hours before flight departure.
- Newly designed cabins of Business Class are fitted with ergonomically designed seats. Each of these seats has an adjustable headrest and recline for extra space and greater comfort.
- Business Class passengers are offered a baggage allowance of 2 pieces of baggage weighting up to 32 kg each and 2 carry-on pieces of baggage weighting up to 10 kg are included in their ticket.
- All meals and beverages are served in fine china. Travelers may also request for special meals as per their dietary or religious practices by booking at least 20 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.
- All seats are fitted with personal in-seat 17-inch touch screen display offering a wide range of movies, audio, television programs, games and podcasts.
- Selected aircraft models also offer on-demand audio and video playback service.
- Travelers are offered an amenity kit that contains high qualities toiletries and accessories for flights that fly for more than 7 hours.
- Children from 2 to 10 years of age are given special gifts, travel pillow and soft toys for flights that take more than 7 hours.
Comfort Club has all features of Business Class except for the in-seat entertainment system offering 10.6 inch screen.
VIP Club
- VIP Club passengers are entitled to priority check-in and priority boarding.
- The VIP Club offers an exclusive range of features and attentive service both on the ground and thousands of feet above it in the sky.
- VIP Club passengers are entitled to the first-class cabin features including fully-flat beds and in-seat power supply for laptops and smartphones.
- VIP club ticket includes a baggage allowance of 3 pcs of baggage weighting up to 32 kg each and 2 carry-on baggage weighting up to 10 kg.
- Travelers get exclusively selected VIP club meals and a rich variety of beverages, which are served on fine china. They may also request for specific dietary or religious considerations meals in advance at least 20 hours before flight departure.
- This class offers a personal in-seat entertainment using a 17-inch touch-screen display to view a great variety of movies, audio, television programs, games and podcasts.
- All VIP Club travelers are given an exclusive amenity kit that consists of high qualities toiletries, accessories and pajamas.
- Children aged between 2 to 10 get soft Toys on flights (more than 7 hours) and travel pillows.
