Singapore Airlines and Virgin Australia have agreed to a long-term code-sharing agreement that will soon allow the carriers to code-share on both domestic and international flights.
The airlines will also plan joint sales and marketing campaigns and offer reciprocal frequent flier rewards.
Additionally, changes to both airlines’ flight schedules will make for easier connections between Singapore Airlines’ many international cities and some of Virgin Australia’s most popular destinations in Australia and the Pacific.
The deal is currently awaiting regulatory approval.
