Foodies heading to Las Vegas this year won’t have to wait until summer to partake in Sin City’s version of Restaurant Week.
According to a report in the LA Times, Las Vegas will host a Spring version of the event for the first time in 2012. The early festivities will take place from February 27 through March 4.
Three restaurants already confirmed in the event include Aureole at Mandalay Bay, Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons, and the Steak House at Circus Circus. Many others are likely to be added.
During the week-long celebration, diners can sample pre-fixe menus starting at $20.12.
