Taking a trip to a destination that has some of the most magnificent sites with unique experiences will create memories that will last a lifetime.

Dive into the Great Barrier Reef

Diving or snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia is nothing short of magical. If you don’t already know, it’s the largest living thing on the planet with over 2,900 reefs, endless corals and is home to the most exotic fish. Snorkeling or diving here will give you a much greater appreciation of the planet and awareness of global warming as you will probably see some bleached out corals. Experts predict that as climate changes, the corals will be dried out and eventually become extinct in future years so, be sure to put this on your bucket list for the new year. Exploring the great barrier reef and swimming beside incredible creatures and vibrant corals is something many hope to do.

Located high in the Andes Mountains in Peru sits the untouched ruins that were built way back in the 15th century. Machu Picchu is a UNESCO world heritage site that is certainly like nothing you’ve ever seen before. The mysterious Machu Picchu built by the Incas is comprised of 12 acres of gardens, aqueducts, terraces and staircases. Visiting this remarkable site will have you in awe of what once took place centuries ago. You won’t ever be able to top a trip to this famous site.

Say ‘Hello’ to Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda

Get closer than ever before to endangered mountain gorillas by hiking through the mountain forest. Rwanda is only one of three countries where visitors can observe the world’s population of mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. With just over 700 mountain gorillas remaining, Rwanda is surely the place to capture this incredible species up close and personal. Volcanoes National Park is where you can join the trek to spot out these beautiful creatures. Along with hanging out with gorillas, Rwanda has much to offer such as culture, coffee plantations, and safaris. A trip here to trek in the mountains with wild gorillas is guaranteed to give you a greater outlook on life.

Bundle Up to Explore Iceland

“The Land of Fire and Ice” is a destination you must see to believe. Traveling to the countries capital Reykjavik is a surreal adventure. If you don’t mind the frigid air and snow then we suggest you add Iceland to your 2018 bucket list. We’re sure you’ve probably gazed at the insane photos of the northern lights from the Blue Lagoon or maybe you’ve seen the picture perfect waterfalls in a photo but physically going to this country is a trip you won’t forget.

Undoubtedly, you’ll appreciate the beautiful landscapes of this country as you soar to greater heights on a paraglide, or take the plunge on a bungee jump.
