Travel Portrait: Camden Town in London

This blog post was updated on October 30, 2018.

Familiar with New York’s East Village? Artsy folks doing out of the ordinary things, eclectic coffee stops, great vintage, colorful head shops, Yoga to the People, bookstores, tattoo and piercing parlors and a load of other interesting places and things.

Well, Camden Town is London’s East Village, only in my opinion it has more holes in its body and ink on its skin.

Camden Town is populated by eccentrics young and old, children with an edge, and regular Londoners looking for a great flea market buy or some cheap and tasty vendor food.

The area is colorfully unique and greatly popular with its interesting handmade treasures and souvenirs and alternative music and culture.
