Survey: US Restaurants Suffering From Tap Water Orders

This blog post was updated on October 25, 2018.

Are you a traveler who decides to save a few bucks at a restaurant and just order water instead of another beverage?

Turns out you’re not the only one.

U.S. restaurants’ traffic has been down one percent, but the beverage department has seen six percent decline.

The Chicago Tribune report alludes to the possibility of paying for water if the beverage decline continues going this way.

Would you pay for water at a restaurant?
