Friday morning, Rivo Cahyono, a 34-year-old man from Indonesia was charged with possession and wildlife smuggling in Bangkok at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
During his attempt to board a flight, his three luggage cases were scanned and the animals were noticed.
The man possessed hundreds of animals, including tortoises, Boa Constrictors, spiders, squirrels and more.
Cahyono could face up to four years in prison and face a fine of $1,300.
