Web Check-In: Now check-in from the comfort of your home or office and skip the long queues at the airport. With web check-in you can select the seat of your choice with the press of a click, all you need is an internet connection and a laptop/PC. Web check-in time ranges from 72 hours up to 3 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time.
Check-In Desks: Passengers can also check-in at the Tigerair counter present at the airport. Passengers are required to reach the airport at least 4 hours before the flight's scheduled departure to avoid any hassles in the baggage and security check procedures. The airline representative would check your documents, process your baggage and give you the boarding pass.

These are the rules that have been defined by Tigerair for Carry On, Checked and Excess Baggage.
Carry On: Passengers are allowed to carry two bags for free provided they don't have a combined weight of more than 22lbs.
Checked: If you want to check-in with luggage apart from the Carry On baggage, then you have to pre-book luggage upsize either online or at the airport. You can purchase up to 15kg of baggage tier at the airport, anything extra would be considered as Excess baggage and extra fee would be charged for the same.
Excess: If you are carrying weight in excess of the luggage upsize limit (15kg), then it would be considered as Excess baggage. For every additional kilo that you carry, you'll be charged a specific fee.
Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Changes to your flight date and timing can only be made at least four hours before the departure time. After that, rebooking is not possible. For rebooking, not only do you have to pay the change fees but also the fare difference. If you want to cancel your flight, then no refunds would be made except in special cases like natural disasters, flight cancelled by the airline etc.
•For infants under 2 years traveling on an adult's lap, passengers have to pay $50 per sector, while for those above 2 years, passengers are required to book a ticket.
•Passengers are not allowed to carry live animals including insects, pets, reptiles and many more.
•Sports equipments are allowed as checked-baggage provided they are packed correctly and don't have sharp edges.
