It&#8217;s very important to try and get as much normal sleep as you would on a regular day (and during regular times) as you would when you&#8217;re back home. While this may prove to be challenging, you can get a good start by following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/ith\/mode_of_travel\/jet_lag\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recommendations of the World Health Organization<\/a>, which say you should aim to get at least 4 hours of &#8220;anchor sleep&#8221; during your destination&#8217;s night time.
