Today, this mid-July French holiday means festivals (that can last for 2-4 days), gastronomic bliss, and, of course, overflowing cups of ros\u00e9.<\/i> When the clock strikes 11 in Paris, Francophiles gather amass at the foot of the Eiffel Tower to watch extravagant fireworks displays and enthralling live-action performances.<\/p>\n
