There\u2019ll also be three bars, with one focused solely on cocktails. There\u2019ll also be workshops where visitors can experience how cheese is made, from the very start of being milked from an animal to the end product. There\u2019s something even cooler and more eco-friendly to get around. Bicycle maker Bianchi has created some very cool looking tricycles with shopping baskets in the front that serve the purpose. <em>Perfetto!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s Next?<\/h2>\n<p>The company also plans to build a hotel within the Eataly World complex, which should have 200 rooms and come into operation in 2018.<\/p>\n<h2>I Want to Go NOW!<\/h2>\n<p>Hold your horses &#8211; you&#8217;ll have to wait till next year. But if you still want to get your Eataly fix, you can check out their locations in New York City (Flatiron and Downtown) and Chicago.
