Chef-driven restaurants flourish in wine regions, so your foodie desires are sure to be fed as well. The California<\/a> wine regions \u2013 Napa, Sonoma, and Santa Barbara are great choices. Oregon<\/a>\u2019s Tualatin Valley vineyards also offer a unique perspective on US winemaking. Mexico<\/a>\u2019s wine region, Guadalupe Valley, is home to dynamic tasting rooms and beautiful views. Of course, you could spend a week or two in Europe and taste the rich array of French, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Spanish varietals. Whichever region you choose, be sure to pick up a bottle or two to take home and drink together on your first anniversary. Globetrotting surf couples will also love Taghazout, Morocco. Wherever you end up going, be sure to bring home a seashell or jar full of sand to remember your experience.<\/p>\n
