If somebody tries to hand you free \u201cbaby chickens, ducklings, or other fowl under four weeks of age, or rabbits under eight weeks of age\u201d that person is trying to get you to engage in unlawful activity. But, in reality, it\u2019s just one of many communities across America and the world with more than a few head-scratchers on its books. Maybe such laws are in place for superstitious reasons? Locals and longtime visitors refer to Destin as the World\u2019s Luckiest Fishing Village \u2013 and who\u2019d want to upset the balance of the universe by revoking or rewording a weird law if it\u00a0might unwittingly do something to mess with that sort of good fortune?<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the most important rule for anyone visiting Destin is to have fun, which is super easy to do.
