The <strong>Horloge Fleurie<\/strong> (Flower Clock), one of the most popular tourist sites in Geneva, is located adjacent to the <strong>Jardin Anglais<\/strong> (English Garden), an expertly landscaped urban green space. I suggest packing a picnic lunch and enjoying it on the Jardin Anglais\u2019 impeccable grounds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There are also quite a few notable museums in the area, including <strong>The Mus\u00e9e Barbier-M\u00fcller<\/strong> (No. 10, Rue Calvin), which houses a large collection of non-European sculpture and artwork, and <strong>The Mus\u00e9e d\u2019Art et d\u2019Histoire<\/strong> (No. 2 Rue Charles Galland), Geneva\u2019s largest museum and home of Switzerland\u2019s national art and historical object collection.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where to eat and drink:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are many small caf\u00e9s and upscale eateries in the Vieille Ville.<\/p>\n<p>One of the trendiest spots at the moment is <strong>Maison des Arts du Gr\u00fctli \/Caf\u00e9 du Gr\u00fctli<\/strong> (161 Avenue G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Dufour, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ville-ge.ch\/culture\/grutli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> http:\/\/www.ville-ge.ch\/culture\/grutli\/ <\/a>)\u00a0 an interdisciplinary arts center, gallery, bar and caf\u00e9 in the heart of the Vieille Ville (Old Town). The innovative dishes and funky cocktails come at incredibly reasonable prices. The vibe is casual\u2014a perfect place to grab a drink and meal with friends.<\/p>\n<p>A tried and true upscale option is <strong>La Potini\u00e8re Restaurant<\/strong> located in Le Jardin Anglais (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.potiniere.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.potiniere.ch\/<\/a>). La Potini\u00e8re specializes in European cuisine (mostly French and Italian-inspired) complimented by an extensive wine list. The flora-filled setting is enchanting, as are the views of the shimmering Lake Leman.
