The International Wine &amp; Food Festival will return to the nation\u2019s capital next month for the 13th straight year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The popular festival celebrates everything foodie, from rare olive oil to delectable chocolate to fine wine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Beer-lovers can also get in on the action; an expansive Beer Garden will feature a full menu of craft beer, cooking classes, and crash courses in mixology.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The week-long festival culminates with two days of grand tastings at the Ronald Reagan Building on February 11 and 12.
