The Spirit Tour Bus
\nis hitting the road \u2013 visiting more than twenty major metropolises all across
\nAmerica. We spoke to Michael Pewther, the Senior Director of Sales at Spirit, about
\nwhy Spirit\u2019s taking to the highway in their big, yellow bus:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Spirit Tour is our way of engaging with existing Spirit
\nAirlines customers, and reaching out to those who haven\u2019t flown with us before,\u201d
\nhe explained. \u201cIt\u2019s our second annual promotional tour, kicking off in Dallas,
\nTexas – and we\u2019ll be are visiting more than 20 cities all across to America on the course of it.”<\/p>\n

“Our
\naim is to let people know who we are, the ultra-low-cost carrier for the
\nAmericas, and make them aware of a great offer we\u2019ve got open.\u201d<\/p>\n

So if you see the Spirit Tour is rolling near you, what\u2019s
\nthe benefit of checking in with them?<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you come and visit us, you’ll discover we\u2019re distributing certificates that allow the recipient to
\nclaim 20,000 Free Spirit frequent flyer miles,\u201d Pewther explains. \u201cThat\u2019s
\nenough to redeem a ticket for one person to fly round trip on Spirit Airlines plus
\ntaxes and fees.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe rules are: each person over the age of 18 will receive
\none certificate \u2013 but only as long as the limited supplies last. It\u2019s first
\ncome, first served and it\u2019s strictly one per person.\u201d It\u2019s worth mentioning
\nthat the certificates go quickly \u2013 so if you\u2019re excited about scoring one, make
\nsure you get there early!<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you get a certificate and follow the instructions, you\u2019ll
\nhave a great opportunity to experience the Spirit Airlines that our existing customers
\nhave come to know and love.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to being a great tool to help raise people\u2019s
\nawareness of Spirit Airlines<\/a>, the Spirit Tour seems to be a lot of fun \u2013 with lots
\nof smiles and enthusiasm from those who attend. We asked Michael what his
\nfavorite part about the tour was:<\/p>\n

\u201cI love hearing the stories of people who attended the event,
\ngot a certificate and are now going to be able to visit a friend, or attend a
\nclass reunion, or go on a much needed vacation.
\nIt\u2019s great knowing we played a part in make those journeys happen.\u201d<\/p>\n
