We spoke to Michael Pewther, the Senior Director of Sales at Spirit, about<br \/>\nwhy Spirit\u2019s taking to the highway in their big, yellow bus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cThe Spirit Tour is our way of engaging with existing Spirit<br \/>\nAirlines customers, and reaching out to those who haven\u2019t flown with us before,\u201d<br \/>\nhe explained. \u201cIt\u2019s our second annual promotional tour, kicking off in Dallas,<br \/>\nTexas &#8211; and we\u2019ll be are visiting more than 20 cities all across to America on the course of it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&#8220;Our<br \/>\naim is to let people know who we are, the ultra-low-cost carrier for the<br \/>\nAmericas, and make them aware of a great offer we\u2019ve got open.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">So if you see the Spirit Tour is rolling near you, what\u2019s<br \/>\nthe benefit of checking in with them?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cIf you come and visit us, you&#8217;ll discover we\u2019re distributing certificates that allow the recipient to<br \/>\nclaim 20,000 Free Spirit frequent flyer miles,\u201d Pewther explains. \u201cThat\u2019s<br \/>\nenough to redeem a ticket for one person to fly round trip on Spirit Airlines plus<br \/>\ntaxes and fees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cThe rules are: each person over the age of 18 will receive<br \/>\none certificate \u2013 but only as long as the limited supplies last. It\u2019s first<br \/>\ncome, first served and it\u2019s strictly one per person.\u201d It\u2019s worth mentioning<br \/>\nthat the certificates go quickly \u2013 so if you\u2019re excited about scoring one, make<br \/>\nsure you get there early!<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u201cIf you get a certificate and follow the instructions, you\u2019ll<br \/>\nhave a great opportunity to experience the Spirit Airlines that our existing customers<br \/>\nhave come to know and love.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In addition to being a great tool to help raise people\u2019s<br \/>\nawareness of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onetravel.com\/airlines\/spirit-airlines-nk\">Spirit Airlines<\/a>, the Spirit Tour seems to be a lot of fun \u2013 with lots<br \/>\nof smiles and enthusiasm from those who attend.
