The impressive fountains and unique garden layouts have made this one of the top botanical gardens in the U.S. Longwood is also very in tune with and respectful of the site\u2019s history&#8212; before becoming a botanical garden, this site was home to the native Lenni Lenape tribe and Quaker farmers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.missouribotanicalgarden.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Missouri Botanical Garden<\/a><\/strong> (St. Louis, Missouri)<br \/>\n<em><br \/>\n4344 Shaw Blvd.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nSt. Louis, MO 63110<\/em><br \/>\nOne of the top three botanical gardens in the world, the Missouri Botanical Garden was founded in 1859 by Henry Shaw.
