1.<\/strong> The first documented ice cream recipe was written by Lady Anne Fanshawe in 1665. One ingredient was ambergris, also known as sperm whale vomit. Yum?<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Remember this, vanilla fans: Chocolate came first! That\u2019s right. The Modern Steward<\/em>, published in 1692, contained the recipe. And with that, PMSing women\u2019s lives were never the same again.<\/p>\n
