Still very much in operation, the Champ de Mars welcomes thousands of racing fans from across the globe every year from March to December.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chamarel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visit the village of Chamarel and its surrounding area in the southeast of Mauritius to experience some of the most beautiful scenery on the island including the famous Seven Coloured Earths, the Chamarel Falls, and the Black River Gorges National Park.
