They saw it on TV, but the foreigners are<br \/>\ngetting more and more interested.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the first time that the underground has been open to the public, while the upper tier had been shut down since the 1970s according to the Culture Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The guided tours provide 25 people at a time through the underground every 20 minutes.
