, Leeward Islands Air Transport or Liat operates high frequency, inter-island scheduled services to 17 destinations throughout the Caribbean, from Tortola in the North to Ogle, Guyana in the South. Few of the destinations where Liat flies include - Martinique, Puerto Rico, St Croix, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Vincent, and Tortola and Trinidad. Liat has its main base at V. C. Bird International Airport, Antigua & Barbuda, and other bases at Grantley Adams International Airport, Barbados, and Piarco International Airport, Trinidad and Tobago. The airline operates a fleet of nine contemporary, narrow-body aircraft. These aircraft include five ATR 42-600s and four ATR 72-600s. All these aircraft feature an all economy cabin, with a seating in a two x two configurations.
