Adria Airways ceased operations on 30 September 2019. It was an airline of Slovenia, having its headquarters at Zgornji Brnik, Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Slovenia. With a fleet of 20 aircraft, Adria Airways flights flew to 23 destinations. Adria Airways declared bankruptcy in September 2019 and ceased its operations.

The airline's subsidiaries included - Adria Airways Tehnika, Adria Flight Career Centre, Amadeus Slovenia, and Adria Airways Kosovo.

Adria Airways had codeshare agreements with - Aeroflot, Air Canada, Air Serbia, LOT Polish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and more.
